Frequently Asked Questions

  • Review our Student-Athlete Campus Ambassador program overview and apply directly through the Morgan’s Message® website. Make sure to include the contact information of a faculty advisor if you are a high school student. Faculty advisors are mandatory for high school applications during the 2024-2025 academic year.

    • Student-Athlete Campus Ambassadors are current student-athletes who are 14+ years old. This includes high school, collegiate, or graduate students with remaining athletic eligibility. If you are on campus (and, at a minimum, in high school), this is the program for you!

    • At-Large Ambassadors are adults who are not current student-athletes, including, but not limited to: retired student-athletes, professional athletes, graduate students (who are not student-athletes), mental health advocates, suicide loss survivors, parents, mental health professionals, working professionals, athletic staff: coaches, trainers, athletic department admin, etc.

  • You will receive a decision email from Haley@morgansmessage.org within 7 days of submitting your application. If you haven’t heard back within seven business days, please check your junk mail before emailing education@morgansmessage.org.

    • All Ambassadors receive onboarding training to learn best practices for starting and leading a Morgan’s Message chapter.

    • All Ambassadors are invited to bi-monthly Zoom meetings featuring expert guest speakers and Morgan’s Message staff.

    • All onboarded ambassadors receive access to our resource portal via TadHealth.

    • Programming resources are FREE and developed by professionals on our Medical Advisory Council.

    • Morgan's Message Education Program (MMEP) resources are designed to be shared peer-to-peer and facilitated by ambassadors.

    • Resources include mini-presentations, discussion questions, and activities.

    • Our programming structure guides students through the resources in chronological order, with the opportunity for students to select mental health sub-topics that are most relevant to their community after sharing foundational content.
