Episode 90 - Carly Ellman

#90:  In this week's episode of The Mental Matchup, Kat sits down with Carly Ellman, MSW, LCSW. Carly received her master’s degree in social work (MSW) from Fordham University and is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Florida and Pennsylvania. Carly currently works in the student counseling center at Thomas Jefferson University East Falls campus and as a consultant with the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee focusing on mental health training and treatment. During the episode, she opens up about her own journey as a student-athlete, disordered eating and the recovery process, and how she’s focusing on raising her own kids based on the lessons she’s learned from her own life experiences.
