Emily Perrin, LMSW

Emily is a Mental Health Therapist and Mindfulness and Performance Coach who currently works with athletes and organizations through her own company, Perrin Wellness and Performance. As a former DI soccer player at the University of Virginia and DI soccer coach at the University of Pennsylvania, Emily knows firsthand the pressure and demands that todays' athlete's face. Emily is currently located in Baltimore, Maryland but works with athletes all over the country in addition to serving as the Director, Medical Advisory Council at Morgan's Message. Emily completed her MSW from the University of Denver and is passionate about creating a sport culture that is trauma informed and mental health aware.
