Morgan’s Message® Education Program
Morgan’s Message® is structured around an Ambassador system. We started the organization by establishing chapters with volunteer student-athlete Ambassadors on high school and collegiate campuses. We have added another group – At-Large Ambassadors to include graduating student-athletes and four ‘Focus Groups’ (Parents, Former Student-Athletes, Athletic Staff, and Mental Health Advocates) for individuals beyond current student-athletes to get involved with Morgan’s Message®.
In the Summer of 2022, we expanded the Ambassador approach to include sports clubs, travel teams and other youth organizations. We will provide periodic updates on the Education Program’s continued growth.
Morgan’s Message® Education Program supports motivated student volunteers to become active leaders and advocates of student-athlete mental health on their campus and in their communities.
By working to raise awareness about the challenges that student-athletes face at your schools, together we will manifest change, eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health and save lives.
With your help, we can spread student-athlete mental health awareness to all. We thank you for your dedication and support of Morgan’s Message® and look forward to working alongside you.
Morgan’s Message® Liaisons and staff will work closely with you, and your group, to provide resources and skills needed to reach students across your campus and local community. We provide guidance on launching a Morgan’s Message™ chapter on your campus, and ensure you are equipped with best practices, programming materials, and skills to grow a successful program.
